Often, the person with a fear is not the only person who ( ).
Sarah’s son Jake remembers one incident:
“While going for a walk in the country, we all had to walk
across a small, wooden bridge without handrails.
We had to crawl across the bridge because
my mother thought we might fall off.”
However, with the help of therapist, Sarah fought her phobia.
She used an approach called cognitive therapy.
To ( ) her fear, her therapist helped her to climb
a small ladder to show her that she was in control and not in danger.
Eventually, Sarah was able to take an elevator to the top of
the Empire State Building and look down on New York City.

必ず、誰かが手をさしのべてくれるんですよね。

習字クラスなのに、パリ五輪が開催中なのでPARIS2024ですか。どうしてお習字で書かなかったのかな、などと勝ってな妄想をしました。
お習字の展覧会が行われているのですね。

施設の飾り物にとっても感心することが多いです。
ﾊﾟﾘで有名な3代建造物でしょうか？ 中央にエフェル塔、凱旋門、ノートルダム大聖堂
新札は、地元の方「土地柄、新一万円札は見ましたが、新千円札は初めて目にします。」と言ってました。
