成分献血に行ってきた。
前回は血液に脂肪分が多く血液の成分分離に時間がかかっているといわれたので、
今回は前日から脂肪分、糖分を控えて献血に臨んだ。
そうすると、前回より10分ほど早く終わった。
血液と生活習慣の密な関係を実感させられた。
