近々親族の法事があるのだが、母はタクシーでお寺に向かう。
歩いてすぐの駐車スペースがあるのに、いつもお寺から遠い入口で降ろされてしまうので、膝痛を抱えている母は不満だ。
近い場所で降車できるよう、タクシーへの指示の仕方を考えてくれといわれた。
グーグルマップを活用しつつ、経路を選び、母のスマホに転送した。
ありがたい便利な世の中だ。

We have a family memorial service in the near future, and my mother takes a cab to the temple.
My mother who has knee pain, is not happy because she is always dropped off at the entrance far from the temple, even though there is a parking space just a short walk away.
She asked me to think about how to direct the cab so that she can be dropped off at a closer location.
Using Google Maps, I chose a route and forwarded it to my mother's smartphone.
Thank goodness we live in a convenient world.
