おぼえた日記
昨日から膝が痛くて整形外科医を受診した。
膝に液体が溜まっていると言われ、注射器で抜いてもらった。
先生はとても上手で、ほとんど痛くなかった。
施術後すぐに、かなり楽になった。
治ったら足の筋肉を鍛えて、もう少し体重を落とさなきゃ。
I went to see an orthopedic surgeon because of knee pain since yesterday.
He told me I had fluid in my knee and drained it with a syringe.
The doctor was very good and it was almost painless.
Immediately after the procedure, I felt much better.
I need to work on my leg muscles and lose some more weight after it heals.
