おぼえた日記
町内会長の仕事の一つが、役員たちの予定を調整し、役員会を開くことだ。
夏のイベントのための会合を開きたいのだが、町内の重鎮ともいえる人がなかなか予定を知らせてくれない。
忙しい人なので理解できるのだが、他のメンバーの予定もある。
早く日程を決められますように・・・・。
One of the jobs of the neighborhood president is to coordinate the schedules of the board members and hold board meetings.
I would like to hold a meeting for a summer event, but one of the town's most important people has been slow to let me know his schedule.
This is understandable as he is a busy person, but other members have their own schedules.
