【Today's diary - Wednesday,July 6 】
Continued from the day before yesterday...
I couldn't answer well about my favorite cooking in English.
Practicing English is important, but to be able to talk
about myself is also important.
I must always prepare to talk about
- my hobby
(What am I doing in my free time?)
- my faborite food,book,music,art,sport...
- my Family
- my work
When someone ask me about my favorite cooking,
I will answer as follows:
I like to cook Japanese food.
For example,I often cook stewed dishes(nimono)
using Japanese dry foods.
I often use seaweed(Hijiki),dried strips of daikon
(Kiriboshi-daikon),and soybeans(daizu).
They are very healthy and good taste.
But my daugther doesn't like them.
I want her to eat them more.

By the way,you have a rich vocabulary that I don't know.
It's good for me to get new words! Thank you.
I tried English skill test. Tester asked me,
Please introduce yourself.
What is your greatest asset?
What is your dream?
What is your favorite thing to do?
I was surprised, and time went by with silence. Finally, tester said,
"If you don't have thinking in English, you can't speak English forever. You should prepare YOUR English phrase."
P.S: Recently, I come to like simmered dish.
