This is Kishimen,which is a local food in Nagoya.
My daughter love it,especially with shrimp tempura.
When I ask her "What do you want to eat for lunch?",
she always answers "Kishimen! with Tempura!".
Actually,it's easy to cook.
We buy only boiled Kishimen and fried tempura.
First,blunch kishimen and make soup.
Then,put the shrimp tempura and chopped scallions
on them.That's all!

D:Guess what,guys? My family and I are climbing Mt.Fuji this
summer! I'm very excited! I really like hiking!
B:I climed it last year.It was SO hard!

A:I'm staying with my grandparents in Ehime.
My grandfather always takes me to some of Shikoku's 88 temple.
I want to join him.What about you,Yukichi?
Y:My family is going camping up in Hokkaido.
I can't wait!

There are many good local food in Nagoya,like Misokatsu,Tebasaki,and Uirou.etc...Please try them next time you come to Nagoya.
I often eat Kishimen at Nagoya station of shinkansen.
I feel Nagoya spirits while eating it. That's a so delicious.
