Today is one of the big celebrations. It is a sacrifice festival called Golban. Every year, this day, only one day when our courtyard turns into a meat shop, and the day when we are very busy from early morning to late evening. Therefore, I'm usually absent from Gogakuru, but I can post a diary this year.
This is because the sheep, which are essential for the sacrifice festival, don't come to our courtyard. As the name of the sacrifice festival indicates, the sheep brought in are cut neck and become our meat as a sacrifice, and we enjoy eating that meat for a day, but this year we finally decided to do it in a modernized way of celebrating, a way I've been saying for a long time that can save a lot of time and effort.
In the early morning of the day, we get the meat of the sacrificed sheep for the sacrifice festival at the butcher shop. After that, we can cook it at home according to our taste and eat it at lunch.
The time to cut the sheep, the inconvenience of cooking it, and the effort of cleaning up afterwards are decreased, but we can enjoy it in the same way.
