I couldn't stand the heat, and finally I started to sleep on a futon.
Basically, I sleep on the bed in the bedroom, because the bed is higher than the floor, so I maybe feels like the temperature is higher than the futon on the floor, or we'll keep turning on the air conditioner when we sleep from now on. but this is our summer style.
The position to lay out the futon is generally fixed, but I often move depending on my mood and heat.
暑さを我慢できなくなり、とうとうさすらいのお布団生活になりました。
もともとは寝室のベッドで寝るのですが、ベッドは寝るところが床より高い位置にあるため床に敷くお布団より気温が高いように感じるためなのか、それとも今後、寝ているときもクーラーをつけっぱなしで寝る時に備えて、少しでも涼しい位置にいようとしているのかはわかりませんが、これが我が家の夏スタイル。
お布団を敷く位置は大体決まってはいるのですが、気分や暑さによって引っ越しすることもよくあります。
