Drippy was glad to be above the
ground again. He did not like it very
much down below. He wondered how
all those millions of creatures could
spend all their lives there without ever
seeing the sunlight or the moon or the
stars. Without ever riding on the wind,
or on the back of a grasshopper. Here
above the earth,it was so different.
Drippy looked around him and saw
hundreds of animals, and they were all
strange looking. There were zebras,
with black and white stripes,and
giraffes,with long necks,and yellow
lions and orange tigers,black panthers
and gray hippopotamuses. And Drippy
was proud that he could name all their
colors.
