Because of a sudden shift change, I happened to come home much earlier today than usual. How lucky! If I had worked 30 minutes longer, I couldn't have come home by bicycle with an umbrella.

Reading a gogakuru friend's diary last night, I knew that typhoon was coming. I hurried to my vegetable garden this morning in order to take care of my young vegetables. I fastend the tomato seedlings to the poles and dug the rest of all garlics. I wanted to dig potatoes too, but I didn't have enough time before going to work. On arriving home, it started raining. How lucky! It was raining cats and dog. OMG! I have to work to the office in the rain because it's dangerous to ride a bicycle in such heavy rain. But it suddenly stopped raining at the moment I was about to leave home. How lucky! Yes, I am a 晴れ女. While working, the wind was picking up and it was pouring with with rain more and more. OMG! But to my surprise, the rain was letting up when I came out of the office. How lucky! I got wet but not drenched. I came home safe and sound. Then I took a hot bath. I'm completely relaxed.

I'm OK. I hope everyone of you is at home safe and sound.

急なシフト変更で、いつもよりずっと早く帰宅することになった。　ラッキー！あと３０分働いていたら、傘さしてチャリでなんか帰れなくなるところだった。　

ゆうべゴガ友の日記を読んで、台風が来てるって知った。　野菜の世話をするために、、今朝畑に飛んでった。　トマトをポールに結びつけ、残りのにんにくを掘りおこした。　ジャガイモも掘りたかったんだけど、仕事があるから時間がない。　家に着くなり雨が降り出した。　ラッキー！　土砂降りになっていた。　ああ、大変！　雨の中歩いて行かなきゃ。　こんな大雨の中、チャリの傘さし運転なんて危ないもの。　でも、出かけようとしたとたん、雨が突然止んだ。　ラッキー！　そうよ、私は晴れ女なの。　仕事中、風がどんどん強くなってきて、雨もひどくなってきた。　どうしよう！　でも驚いたことに、外に出たら雨が小降りになってきた。　ラッキー！　濡れたけど、ずぶ濡れにはならなかった。　無事に家に着き、熱いお風呂に入って、私はすっかりくつろいだ。　

私はダイジョブだけど、みんなも無事に家に帰っていますように。
