１. U.S. CLEANS UP AGENT ORANGE　「アメリカが枯葉剤を除染する」

＊The United States has completed the first phase of a project in Vietnam to clean up highly toxic dioxin from Agent Orange, an herbicide U.S. forces used during the Vietnam War.
clean up「除去する」Agent Orange「オレンジ剤」herbicide「除草剤」

アメリカはベトナムにおいて、あるプロジェクトの第一段階を完了しました。この事業は「オレンジ剤（枯れ葉剤）」による強い毒性のあるダイオキシンを除染するもので、オレンジ剤とはベトナム戦争中にアメリカ軍が使用した除草剤です。
