A continuation from yesterday:
I was interested in outer space in those days. I tried to persuade my parents, but in vain. They didn't agree with it and answered in the negative. It looked like they expected me to stand on my own two feet as soon as possible. Since we’re not rich, it couldn’t be helped.
I suddenly remembered at that time. I’ve been suffering from a fear of heights since I was a kid. It completely slipped my mind. The fear was bigger than the interest. I’m a coward!
Now I just look up at the starry sky from the ground. But I still keep dreaming of a wish to see the Earth and the universe from space.
