Am Vormittag ging ich ins Fitnessstudio. Ich habe Muskeltraining und usdauertraining gemacht. Zu aller erst habe ich mich aufgewärmt. Dann habe ich mit dem Muskeltraining angefangen. Ich habe besonderes meine Beine getrainiert. Danach habe ich Ausdauertraining gemacht. Ich habe viel geschwitzt. Am Nachmittag ging ich zum Kleingarten. Ich habe Unkraut gejätet. Ich habe mich ganz entspannt.
Ce matian, je suis allée à gym. J'ai été trempée de sueur. Aprés le déjeurner, Je suis allée au potager. J'ai désherbé le potager et domestiqué les espéces. J'ai passé une bonne journée.
First thing in the morning, I hit the gym as usual. I focused on training my lower body. After training by some machines, I walked on the treadmill and did some stretching. In the afternoon, I went to the veggie garden. I removed weeds and mixed the soil with manure. I plowed and plowed to make beds for autumn and winter veggies. I had been working there until it got dark. I spent a fun-filled and relaxing day off. Now I'll take a long soak in a hot bath with some lavender bath salt in it.

稲穂が黄金に実っているのを見て、何だかとってもハッピーな気分になった。

Then when you get home, you weed your vegetable patch, add fertilizer, and till it again.
You call this relaxing, but I don't think it's relaxing at all.
It's an astounding amount of work.
The only thing relaxing for me is taking a bath.

そりゃ眠くなりますよね。
でも、しっかり体動かしているからどんどんスリムになっていきますね。同じ24時間なのにこうも違うのはなぜ？

野菜のベッド作りも大事な仕事ですね。
綺麗に咲いた純白の朝顔ですね。まさに「雪」！
お昼に畑仕事をしても苦にならないほど、涼しくなってきましたね。
忙しい中での平常の生活は貴重ですね。
ほっとします。
私も１つ仕事（？）を終えました。
でもまだまだ秋は続くよ・・・です。
新米の刈取りが８時待っていますね。お米の価格も下がってきた様です。
