Minamata Convention on Mercury Takes Effect

最近ですが、滋賀で友人に加熱式タバコで水銀を微量に入れたタバコを贈り、殺人未遂で逮捕された人がいます。水銀の化合物は歯にも使われて、口から入る分は無害だそうですが、肺から入ると猛毒だそうです。体温計の回収などもやっておりますが、蛍光灯にも使われていて、関西では蛍光灯から回収するところは１か所しかありません。ほとんどは廃棄されているみたいです。蛍光灯より明るい水銀灯も水俣条約で２０２０年からは使われなくなります。
風鈴は１月は正月そうそう飲み過ぎて、皆勤賞を逃しました。皆勤賞おめでとうございます。風鈴も２月は頑張りたいと思っています。こちらこそよろしくお願いします。
