今日のKey phrases
She'll show us how to do it.　 show ＋人＋～(人に～を示す)

　　I'll show you how to do it. (私があなたにやり方を教えましょう)
I'll show you how to oder ramen(ラーメンの注文の仕方を教えましょう)

ｵﾘﾋﾞｱ：Tell me exactly what you're doing.
　　　　どのようにするかその通りに教えて
ｱｽｶ：Put your right foot on the hack and bend your knee,Ready?
　　　台に足を置いて膝を曲げる、いい？
One,out the stone in front of you.
　　　まず第一に自分の前にストーンを出して
Two,lift your hips.
　　　次に腰を上げる
three,pull you left foot back,push the stone forward
abd push off with your right back.
　　　三度目に左足を後ろに引きストーンを押し出すように前に出す
Then, off it goes!
　　　それから、石を離しながら進む！

bend one's knees(膝を曲げる)
　　hack:固定された台(カーリング用語)
　　hips(腰＝骨盤の位置) お尻＝bottom　buttocks(両側の時sが付く)
　　to push something forward： 押し出すように前に出す
