どこの国にも scoundrel はいるということでしょうか。
もっとも、scoundrel とは煽動する側で、煽動されて喚いているだけというのはただの馬鹿かもしれません。
scoundrel にも、ただの馬鹿にも、ならないようにしたいものです。
