I met a friend of mine from the university today. We planed to have a breakfast in the restaurant at the hotel in front of Tokyo station. Since it takes 2 hours from my house to Tokyo station, I got up at 5 o'clock and took the first bus to the nearest station.
The restaurant is located on the 27th floor of the hotel and it gives a good view of the city. It's a buffet service so we can choose anything we like. Any food was delicious. Prise-wise, it was reasonable. And I liked the atmosphere. It was laid-back and unpretencious.
It was in April that we met each other last time. We enjoyed cherry blossoms at that time. We'd got a lot of catching up to do. Whenever I met my friends from the university, I'm encouaged a lot. Because they are still struggling to improve their skills including English.
I ate enough for three. I'm still full though it's supper time.
I had a very good time on my precious off-day.

この「～の」をいつも迷うのですが、上記テキストに「会社の友達」でa friend of mine from work となっていました。fromとは思いつきませんでした。

皇居のまわりには、カラフルなレーニングウエアで走っている人がたくさんいました。
昔、丸の内に勤めていたので、このあたりを歩くと懐かしい気持ちになります。
美味しいもののためなら、楽しいことのためなら、どこにでも飛んで行きま～すヽ(^o^)丿

また昨日は晴れ女のpekoさんのおかげで敷物を変えることができてよかったですよ（笑）
皇居のまわりは、どうでしたか？ きっと走っている人が多かったんでしょうね。
それにしても、東京まで２時間もかかるのに朝食を一緒に摂ろうとするなんてすごすぎます。。。
It's a little expensive than other restaurant in town, but I think it's reasonable totally. What is more, you can enjoy the atmosphere.
