Heute Nachmittag ging ich allein ins Kino. Der Film heißt "MAESTRO(S)" aus Frankreich. Das war interessant. Zum Glück konnte ich ein bisschen Französisch verstehen. Das freut mich.



Cet après-midi, je suis allée au cinéma soule. Le film français est "MAESTRO(S)". C'était très intéressant. J'ai compris un peu le français dans le film. Je suis contente.



I had two options to spend my day off. One is to go and get Shine Muscat in Yamanashi by using 青春１８きっぷ, and the other is to go to a movie in our city. It was at six o'clock when I woke up this morning. Oh, no! I overslept! I could do nothing but take plan B. I went to the veggie garden first thing in the morning. I pulled up tomato trees because they were dying. I cut them into pieces and buried so that I could plant broccolis in one month. I spent the morning leisurely, studying French and reading a book. Just before the noon, I took a bus to Hiratsuka Station. I had lunch special ramen at a ramen shop near the station. It is the seasonal limited and will be served until the end of August. I can't miss it. It was so spicy. I liked it. Then I went to the shopping mall with a big theater within a 15-walking distance from the station. I was going to drink Watermelon Frappuccino at STARBUCKS. Oh, no! The shop was closed down. I should have had one at another STARBUCKS by the station. Instead of sitting in a stylish coffee shop, I studied French on a bench at the supermarket in the shopping mall until the movie started. The movie I saw was "MAESTRO(S)" from France. It is the story of a father and his son, both of whom are famous conductors of orchestras. The plot was interesting. I was impressed with its ending. I was also excited at the performance of the orchestra. Plus, I was glad that I understood French in the movie a little. This encouraged me to keep on studying. On my way back home, I had Watermelon Frappuccino at STARBUCKS by Hiratsuka Station. I'm completely satisfied with my day off to do what I had wanted to. How relaxing it is not to be pressed for time!
