Mir gefällt der durt von Umeboshi.
Les umeboshis, ça sent très bon1
I started the day with putting salted ume in the sun. I love the smell of ume. It reminds me of my childhood, when my mother and grandmother used to make umeboshi. Just before the noon, I turned ume around. I love the moment when I trun ume one by one. Time passes slowly. I felt happy surrounded by the sweet and sour smell of ume. The hecticer I am, the more I need such a relaxing time.
I had to go to the office much earlier than usual, because my boss put me another burden, which made me stressful. My hectic summer has just started.
TGIS! I'm off tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. I need two-days break a week.
Thank you for your comments. I'll visit your pages tomorrow.
Today's joy
I was happy to feel the smell of umeboshi.

You were drying plums during the doyo period.
My late mother used to make pickled plums and dry them during the doyo period.
I really miss them.
The other day I bought some pickled plums pickled in honey.
I bought some at the supermarket the other day, and even though there was only a small amount inside, it cost 198 yen.
I think it's best to make pickled plums at home.
You seem good.
Please enjoy your holidays.
I like uneboshi in riceball .
