Ich habe mir ein T-Shirt gekauft. Das ist so kurz und eng, dass ich damit meinen dicken Bauch nicht verdecken kann. Das ist gut für die Diät.
J'ai acheté un T-Shirt. C'ést court et serré. Je brûle les graisses en amusant.
I bought a T-shirt at the NIKE shop in 湘南平塚アウトレット. I was surprised to see that various kinds of sports wear were sold at a budget-friendly price. The T-shirt I bought is pink, which is my favorite color. It's a little too tight, so it's impossible for me to hide my muffin-top with the T-shirt. I'll work out, so that it will fit me.
TGIS! I'm tooooo sleepy. I'll sack the hay right away.
Today's joy
長野の温泉に旅行中の娘から、珍しくご馳走の写真のラインが来た。 連絡くれると、とても嬉しくなる。

ダイエット頑張ったご褒美に、湘南平塚アウトレットでジム用のＴシャツを買った。 わざとちょっと小さめのにして、モチベを上げる。 初めてナイキショップに入ったが、あまりの安さにびっくり。 ダイエットが一段落して、次の目標はお腹の贅肉を落として、腹を引き締める。 それには、息子のお古のブカブカのサッカーの練習着なんて着てちゃだめだ。 削りたいところは、隠さず出す。
私もテンションあげるために買おうかな？
私は1kgリバウンドしているので戻して腰肉をそぎたいです。

娘さんからの連絡に喜んでいる母親・pekoさんの気持ちよく分かります、うちの次女（横浜）は普段の暮らしが分かりません、一人暮らしなら心配が尽きないところですが、お婿さんがいるので安心できています。
淡いピンクのナイキのTシャツはダイエットのシンボルですね。
さっそうと歩いていらっしゃる姿が目に浮かびます。
ピンク私も大好きです。今日の私の日記の写真、かわいい「カエルの釣り」姿をのせました。これ見たとき、pekoさん思い出しました。
