Ich bin jetzt mit meinem Mann in 上山田温泉, das neben das Chikuma Fluss ist. Das Abendessen war lecker. Das Onsen war super. Ich hatte die selige Stunde im Onsen.



Je suis à 上山田温泉 avec mon mari. Le déjeuner était très bon. Le onsen était super. J’ai eu temps du bonheur dans le onsen.




My husband and I are now in 上山田温泉 in Nagano prefecture. Since I had been doing my very best in my diet, I treated myself to this trip. I believe I’m worth it. The hot spring hotel is near the Chikuma River. The dinner was divine. They served 川魚の刺身 such as Shinshu salmon, 大虹鱒 and 信濃雪鱒. The latter two are new to me. They are delicious. The hot spring is super. The water is alkaline sulfur, which is smooth and rich. I was in seventh Heaven, enjoying a long, relaxing soak.
