I starated to practice dictation this morning.
I ususally listening to the articles in the magagzin, "English Express", through MP3 while I'm doing house chores. I like to practice shadowing but I don't like dictation because it takes a lot of time. But if I really want to get over my defect, it's now or never!
I picked up an article which is read with pause after each sentence. First, I listened to a sentence and dictated during the pause. Then I checked my dictation, listening to the article read at a normal speed. Finally, I read it aloud until I can read it at the same speed with the narrator. It took me less than 30 minutes. I think I can make time.

Well, it is said that those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it. I'm going to concentrate on my listening training in order to enhance my ability. I'm convinced that every effort will bear fruit. I cheked the correct answers to yesterday's eiken through the Internet. I found that I made only 1 mistake out of 25 vocabulary questions and also 1 mistake out of 10 reading comprehension questions. I had been concentrated on developing my vocabulary for a month. It worked.

It's time I went to work. It's back to the rat race. But don't forget the fact that my task is to give customers their satisfaction and joy, which I learned from one of my gogakuru friends' diary today.

今朝からディクテーションの練習を始めた。
普段は家事をしながら、MP3でEnglish　Express　という雑誌の記事を聴いている。　シャドウイングするのは好きなんだけど、ディクテーションはイマイチ。　だって時間かかるんだもん。　でも苦手を克服したかったら、やるのは今よ！　
一文ずつポーズがある記事を選んだ。　まず、音声を聴いて、ポーズの間にディクテーションする。　それから、普通に読まれていり音声を聴きながら書き取った文をチェック。　そして、ニュースキャスターと同じスピードで読めるようになるまで、音読を繰り返す。　３０分弱だな。　これならできる。

歴史から学ばない者は、同じことを繰り返すって言うじゃない。　上達するために、リスニングの訓練に励むつもり。　努力は報われるって身をもって知ったから。　昨日の解答速報をネットでチェックしたら、語彙問題がなんと２５問中１ミス、読解問題も１０問中１ミス。　この一か月間、語彙の強化を徹底的にやったからね。　それはうまく行った。

仕事に行く時間。　またキツイ仕事に戻るよ。　でも、忘れちゃいけない。　私の仕事はお客さんに満足と喜びを与えることだって。　今日、ゴガ友の日記で得た言葉。
