Den ganzen Vormittag regnete es heftig. Ich habe Französisch ein bisschen gelernt. Dann habe ich gefaulenzt. Nachdem Lunch hat der Regen aufgefört. Ich habe ein bisschen gegärtnert. Dann ging ich zum Kleingarten. Ich habe die Basiliken gepflanzt. Zum Abendessen habe ich saftige Beefsteak gekocht, weil morgen mein Mann seine Geburtstag feieren werde. Das schmeckte ganz gut. Wir haben guten Wein getrunken.





Il pleuvit, quand je me suis révaillée ce matin. J'ai travaillé français. Après-midi, il n'a plu pas. J'ai fait du jardinage. Je suis bien dans ma peau, en buvant du vin rouge.

The sounds of the rain drops woke me up at the crack of dawn. I should have got up and done something, but I fell asleep again. It was at seven o'clock when I woke up again. Oh, no! I wasted time! I jumped out of futon and whipped up breakfast. Then I did some French exercise from Futsuken text book. Oh, no! I have just one month before the interview of Futsuken pre 2. I intended to practice for the interview, but I hadn't done anything for a month. There's no use crying over spilt wine. Anyway, I started this morning. Better late than never. It stopped after lunch. I had been wavering if I went to the veggie garden or I did gardening. First, I sowed swisschard in my kitchen garden. Then, I went to the veggie garden with two pots of basil from my kitchen garden. I transplanted them between the mini tomatoes because they are said to be companion plants. I hope they will well. I cooked beef steak for dinner because my husband's birthday is tomorrow. I have work tomorrow evening, so we celebrated today. It was divine. The salad, the appetizer and the soup were all made with the veggies fresh from my patch. We drank a bottle of red wine.

雨の合間に庭に出たら、何といちごが赤くなっていた。　今年はあまりならなかったので、もう引っこ抜いてしまおうと思っていた矢先のこと。　しばらくは楽しめそう。
