自家製のレモンジャムとレモンマーマレード
ことしは、マイヤー檸檬が10個しか稔りませんでした。
4個は、知人に分け残り6個で皮のきれいな3個を
ﾏｰﾏﾚｰﾄﾞへ、きれいでないのをｼﾞｬﾑにしました。
電子レンジで簡単に出来ます。
近所に柚子が沢山なっているお宅がありますが、そのままにしてるのでもったいないです。
ジャムつくるの ずっとかき混ぜ続けなくてはならないでしょうか、、
簡単に作れるなら 作ってみたいな、、
英語の耳が 少しずつだけど、できかけているのは たぶんNHKワールドをかけっぱなしにしているからじゃないかな、、と思います
あとは、音読あるのみ
特別なことはしていません。。
ちなみにお菓子の方は、代わりにブルーベリージャムか何かで代用して作ったんだったと思います。
無農薬果実の自家製、これ以上の物は無いですね。
ただし、ジャム類は糖分が多い様なのでチョット食べ過ぎに注意です。
我が家は冬みかんはすべて収穫しました。そのままにして新年をむかえようとしたらカラスにやられましたから。
はっさくが色づいています。
これは１つ１つが大きくて食べるのに苦労します。
ジャムはその時に作るようにしています。
ご近所さんにあげると美味しいジャムになって戻ってきます。
私のとはちょっと味に違いがあります。
お庭のあるお家でお花や果物の木を育てられる環境はとても理想的で羨ましいです！
みかんも自家製。
そして手作り加工品。
何よりです。
本当に手つかずの柚子、もったいないです。
地面に沢山落ちているのを拾いたかったんですが、何を言われるか分からず諦めました。
そういう訳で、今年はゆず湯ではなく金柑湯です🐧🎶
いかにも日本大好きなろーざさんらしいなあと思いました。
