■マッテオのレシピ１２か月【９月】Pasta e patate（じゃがいものパスタ）
①　僕が高校時代に嫌いな月ランキングを作成していたとしたら、恐らく１番には９月を挙げたでしょう。

②というのもこの月は、寒さ、秋風、猛烈な雨の訪れとともに夏の終わりを告げており、さらに悪いことには、学校の新年度の始まりを告げていたからです。
Questo mese, infatti, con i primi freddi, le prime brezze autunnali e le prime piogge torrenziali segnava la fine dell'estate e, ciò che era peggio, l'inzio di un nuovo anno scolastico.

③友達とパーティをしたり、青春期らしく、ビーチで芽生えたつかの間の恋をしたりしながら過ごした３か月間の休暇のあとで、教室の机に戻るのだという考えは、僕を寂しさで一杯にするのでした。
L'idea di ritornare sui banchi di scuola, dopo tre mesi di vacanze tra feste con gli amici e fugaci amori adolescenziali nati in spiaggia, mi colmava di tristezza.

④でも、僕の母が作ってくれ、気分を引き上げてくれたとても美味しい料理がありました。じゃがいものパスタです。
C'era un piatto delizioso però che faceva mia madre e che mi risollevava il morale: la pasta e patate.

⑤暖かくて味わい深い、新ジャガイモとミックス・パスタでつくるこのスープは、僕の心を埋め尽くしていた憂鬱な気持ちを和らげてくれ、寒い季節の到来に立ち向かうのを支えてくれたものでした。
Carda e ricca di sapori, questa sorta di minestra di patate novelle e pasta mista attenuava quella sensazione di malinconia che riempiva il mio cuore e mi aiutava ad affrontare l'arrivo della stagione fredda.

By the time you read this email, you'll have arrived safely in London.
The results of the hotel interviews we conducted are saved on the shared drive, so please have a look . Ono-san made some slides out of the results, which you can use if necessary.
It's clear from the analysis that the demand for organic and natural wines has undoubtedly been growing. On the other hand, it's a bit premature to conclude that non-alcoholic wine markets are growing. We need to do some more research before we can make a proposal to the London head office.

Hopefully the jet lag will be light.

The growth of non-alcoholic wine may be related to the fact that alcohol was banned in restaurants and bars during the pandemic.

■現代英語　Zelenskyy resolve to defeed, rebuild Ukrane
　ゼレンスキー大統領、ウクライナを守り再建する決意を強調

Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy delivered a speech in Hiroshima after attending the G7 summit.　He called for support that would make Russian the last nation to invade another country.

“Though the enemy is not using nuclear weapons, our cities that have been burned to the ground by Russian bombs and artillery, look similar to what Hiroshima looked like in photos after atomic bombing.”

Zelenskyy said all the buildings and roads in the eastern city of Bakhmut have been destroyed. But he said seeing Hiroshima convinced him that Bakhmut could be rebuilt. The Zelenskyy was referring to photos at a museum in Hiroshima Peace Park.
Along with Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio, he commemorated the victims of the atomic bombing. The two leaders then held one-on-one talks. Kishida promised additional aid for Ukraine, including around 100 trucks from the Japan Self-Defense Forces.
